As a filmmaker from Raleigh, North Carolina, my journey started when I was 12 when my father and I watched Three Kings with Brad Pitt, Ice Cube, and George Clooney. Then, years later, I joined the Army and became a Visual Information Specialist. The company I was assigned to took photos and videos of training that the unit we were attached to did. This reignited my passion for storytelling, and I also fell in love with editing. So, once I was out of the Army, I decided to go to school. I searched for film schools and came across Savannah College of Arts and Design. The school will help me reach my goal of becoming a director, writer, and editor. I will one day own a Movie Studio.
